To manage your Anger levels and become more resilient, it is important to engage the power of the subconscious mind and reharmonize the mind/body connection. We will help you untangle negative emotions, heal, and nourish your body by Power of 3 (mind, body, nourishment) with our personalized approach. All our packages are built and customized for each individual after the Free Pre-talk Assessment. You will meet 3 different specialists that will work with you during the sessions from 3 different approaches: mind healing, body exercises, body nourishment.

We help in accessing the root of the issue by going deep into the subconscious mind, breaking the behavioural patterns, and placing positivity at the sublime level. Thus, our mind readily accepts the new behavioural patterns helping in instant transformation of the self to a greater version. These techniques make the process of transformation effortless.
Mental Health
Mental Health practices will provide you the right tools to understand your emotions and how to deal with them. We will find and treat the root of the problem so the anger outbursts will be less frequent or will disappear completely.
Physical Exercises
Physical Exercise will be constructed as a pent-up to release your bad energy. Will use exercises like boking, kickboxing and karate moves.

Nutrition is very important when dealing with anger. You need to reduce salt and sugar intake and add calming teas to your everyday life, like chamomile, lavender and others.
