You are the captain of your life, and you are responsible about your decisions, you will practice free will not to reach for a cigarette. With the sessions u will lose the desire to do so, and u will forget about it. You will need to make a choice of changing lifestyle to a healthy one.

You will cease to smoke spontaneously when u start your sessions.

Once you complete all the sessions and practices the homework, this will be a long-term change. You are the only one who can make to yourself smoke again. It is a personal decision. If old triggers come up, u can do a follow up fortifying session.

Since you are healing the emotional attachment from the root, when you cease smoking you will be satisfied, and content and u will not need to replace smoking with another addiction. If you quit smoking without releasing the emotional attachment, you are likely to look for another replacement, as sweets or fast food.
