WHY IS IMPORTANT TO SET YOUR GOALS?

Goal setting is a process that starts with careful consideration of what you want to achieve and ends with a lot of hard work to do it. In between, there are some very well-defined steps that transcend the specifics of each goal. Knowing these steps will allow you to formulate goals that you can accomplish.

However, having only vague goals can make therapy frustrating so is better before starting your session to have an idea about what you would like to achieve. Nutrition:

Our specialist will help you set your nutrition goals as per your needs. For example, a measurable goal related to “I want to eat healthy” would be, “I want to eat one piece of fruit for lunch and at least one vegetable for dinner 5 days a week for the next month.” Not only is it specific, but your progress is also measurable.
